Pecan Honey Mustard Baked Tilapia

If you like it spicy add a touch of Sriracha to the Honey Thyme Glaze.
Serve with a lemon wedge and your favorite roasted veggies.
INGREDIENTS
1 package Orca Bay Tilapia fillets (THAWED)
vegetable oil or pan spray
salt and black pepper, to taste
Honey Mustard Spread
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 lemon, juiced (about 1 tablespoon)
1/8 teaspoon salt
Pecan Crust
1/4 cup pecan pieces, finely chopped
2 tablespoons plain bread crumbs
Honey Thyme Glaze
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
1/2 lemon, juiced (about 1 tablespoon)
pinch crushed red chili flake
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients for the honey mustard spread and refrigerate until ready to use.

Combine all ingredients for the Pecan crust and set aside until ready to use.

Preheat oven to 400° F. Lightly oil or pan spray an oven proof baking dish. Arrange the tilapia fillets in the pan, and lightly season with salt and pepper. Using a small spoon coat the top of the fish with the Honey Mustard Spread, making sure to cover the filets. Lightly sprinkle each filet with the Pecan Crust, dividing evenly.
Step 5
Bake in pre –heated oven for about 15 - 20 minutes*, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown. Transfer fish to a serving dish, drizzle with the honey thyme glaze and enjoy!
