1/2 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

2 Tablespoons serrano chile

1/2 cup cooked and chopped, andioulle

1/2 pound Passport Shrimp

1/4 cup cream

2 Tablespoons of roux (butter, flour)

1/2 ounce buns (preferably cheese buns)
