Thai Garlic Chili Mahi Mahi

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package 10oz Orca Bay Flounder Fillets (thawed)

  • vegetable oil or pan spray

  • Thai Garlic Chili Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fish sauce (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced (about 1 tablespoon)

  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce

  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

 

Cooking Instructions

 
 

Step 1

Combine the marinade ingredients and set aside.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 400° F. Lightly oil or pan spray an oven proof baking dish. Arrange the Mahi Mahi fillets in the pan. Drizzle with the marinade and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Bake in preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes* until the fish is cooked through. Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle the fish with the warm marinade from the pan and enjoy!

*The cooking time is estimate and will vary depending on the thickness of the fish and the performance of your oven.

Chef’s Tips:

• Also try this as a marinade for Keta Salmon, excellent cooked on the BBQ

• Serve with coconut rice and stir fried vegetables.
